Looking for a way to avoid the truck traffic? Yes, please! BUT I drive an EV, moving from point A to point B takes a leap of faith at times and has resulted in a mindset shift of sorts. The wonders of the road are not the destination but the travel along that road. Today was no different – and really exemplified the beauty of this travel. Today I welcomed my best friend, Gloria, to this unique experience.

Yes, Gloria hiked down to touch the water of the Wenatchee River that flows 53 miles to empty into the Columbia River. The views were majestic as we drove through Stevens Pass along Route 2 as Rob mirrored our travel east north of us along Route 20.
